We charge this cost upfront which covers the best marketing package for your property.

If you choose to leave us after our tie in period of 16 weeks, the cost of the marketing package is not refundable. Though at NO Additional Cost, you will have the right to have the copies of the Professional Photography, Floor Plans and Energy Performance Certificate.

Listing on Zoopla

  • Listing on Zoopla means your property is on one of the most famous property portals which attracts more than 55m visits a month. Zoopla is also ranked at 95% for brand awareness.
  • Once your listing is on Zoopla, it will also be marketed across a range of partner sites including Prime Location, Mail Online, The Times and The Telegraph.
  • Zoopla’s app has also been downloaded more than 11m times which means that, even when people are on the move, they have got access to your property details.
  • Zoopla is kept informed with market insights powered by data company Hometrack which gives prime position to price your home accurately and get it sold as soon as possible.
