How We Work

  1. Schedule an Inventory Inspection
    Schedule an Inventory Inspection via email or call us on 02033182453. Key holding/property access will need to be agreed.
  2. Inventory Inspection onsite
    Our Inventory Clerk attends the property to carry out a detailed inspection.
  3. Receive Inventory Report via Email (between 24-78 hrs)
    We process the inspection data within 24 to 78 hrs & email the Inventory Report.

Inventory Reports

One of our highly experienced inventory clerks will carry out a detailed report with photographs and an extensive description of the item’s condition, any comment and thorough information on any damages or deficiencies.

Check-In

On the check in day, we conduct a thorough review of the inventory onsite with the tenants and generate a report that includes a detailed condition of all items in the apartment that are on the original inventory report. The report also includes a section with recorded meter readings, keys and testing smoke alarms.

Check Out

On the check out date when the property is handed over from the tenants, we visit the premises once again to review its state of condition and compare it to the initial inventory. All this is conducted on site with the tenants.

Interim Inspection

A midterm inspection is necessary every 6 months or more to conduct an overview of the property’s condition. It’s vital for a landlord to be aware of the property’s upkeep throughout a tenancy and to have it on record.
