Referral Terms
- There is no limit to the number of valid referrals. Reward will only be paid upon signed contract.
- Submission of a referral indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
- The referee will be rewarded £100.00 upon completion of a new signed instruction whether it will be in lettings or sales.
- Third parties or clients are only eligible to claim their £100.00 reward once the referred client has signed a contract and paid the initial payment.
- All rewards will be paid by standard bank transfer.
- Individuals are responsible for declaring any rewards to their local tax authority if required and paying any tax liability arising from receipt of any reward.
- Any dispute or claim regarding this program will be determined by Smart Properties and Investments Limited in its absolute discretion.
- Smart Properties and Investments Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
